Just like our great military veterans and those who have fought, served and continue to do so for this great country of ours, WARPATH coffee also stands above the rest! This is one patriot who along with her veteran husband won’t drink anything else but a WARPATH product . As I mentioned, I have a Veteran husband and I’m always looking for a cup that has handles that are large enough for his big ole fingers to fit into. I was thrilled when Warpath printed cups with flag on a cup so I order them…and when I received them , well to my surprise the cup logos and flag was upside down….I started laughing thinking well now doesn’t this just fit the state of our upside down world right now. I proceeded to alert Warpath of the situation but not wanting to cause a rift, as the cups are actually functional and will undoubtedly be a conversation piece…however, felt Customer service probably needed to alert the company and holy cow, they was on it , within what seemed like minutes, apologizing and stated they would look into it and take care of it. Well, lo and behold they went above and beyond and satisfied this old gals issue. I couldn’t be more happy to and will highly recommend this product and any other that they might develop.. 5 STARS isn’t enough
